Yesterday, our former team member Irene Teubner successfully defended her PhD thesis!

In her PhD, entitled "Estimating vegetation productivity from microwave satellite observations" she developed a conceptual model, named VOD2GPP, to derive gross primary production (GPP) from vegetation optical depth (VOD).
